Refund and Returns Policy

We want every customer to understand what they are buying before placing an order. Our products are mystery suitcase blind boxes, so the contents are random and may vary from photos.

Mystery Box Product Notice

Each suitcase includes 15 random surprise items based on the selected theme. Photos are for style reference only. Exact items, colors, patterns, packaging details, and accessories are not guaranteed to match the photos item-for-item.

Refunds Before Shipment

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 2 hours after placing the order. Once packing or shipping preparation has started, cancellation may not be possible.

Returns After Delivery

Because mystery boxes are prepared randomly and packed for each order, we generally do not accept returns simply because the customer does not like the random item mix, expected different items, or wanted the exact items shown in reference photos.

When We Can Help

Please contact us within 48 hours after delivery if:

  • The parcel is missing the suitcase or clearly missing a large portion of the order.
  • The parcel was seriously damaged during shipping.
  • You received the wrong theme due to our packing mistake.

Please include your order number and clear photos or video of the package and items.

Non-refundable Situations

  • Customer expected the exact same items shown in photos, although the product page states the contents are random.
  • Delivery failed because the name, phone number, address, customs code, or other required information was incorrect or incomplete.
  • Customs duties, VAT, import fees, or delays caused by destination-country customs.
  • Returned or lost parcels caused by using a PO Box, hotel, warehouse, company, forwarding address, or restricted delivery address where carriers do not support delivery.

Exchanges

We do not normally offer exchanges for mystery box item preferences. If there is a clear fulfillment issue, please contact us and we will review it case by case.
