Shipping Policy

We prepare and ship mystery suitcase orders from Shanxi, China. Please make sure your email, phone number, full name, and delivery address are complete and accurate before placing an order.

Important Delivery Notes

  • Remote areas, PO Box addresses, warehouses, hotels, restaurants, companies, forwarding addresses, or incomplete addresses may not be accepted by some carriers.
  • Some countries may require the recipient’s full legal name, local-language address, personal customs code, short address, ID number, or additional customs information.
  • If your destination has restrictions or extra customs requirements, we may contact you before shipping.
  • If a parcel cannot be delivered because the address, phone number, customs information, or recipient name is incorrect or incomplete, the customer may be responsible for the loss or extra cost.

Processing Time

Most orders are prepared within 5–12 business days. During busy periods, preparation may take longer because each mystery suitcase is packed manually.

Estimated Delivery Time

Under normal customs clearance, most parcels arrive within 7–15 days after shipment. Delivery may take longer for remote regions, customs inspection, holidays, or carrier delays.

Shipping Fee

Orders over $49 are eligible for free shipping where service is available. Some restricted or remote destinations may require extra confirmation before dispatch.

Order Notes

If you have theme preferences or delivery notes, please add them in the checkout notes. Changes can only be accepted within 2 hours after the order is placed.
